Q: How many students should our school send?

A: Each school should send two teams of 5 students – (total of 10 students).

Q: What kind of exercises will be in the workouts?

A: The workouts will consist of bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and running. No additional weights will be used.

Q: How long does the event last?

A: The event features a selection workouts (3 for the qualifier events and 4 for the final event), each with a maximum of 16-minute time cap. The entire event, including breaks and award ceremony, typically lasts about half a day (start at 12:00 and finish at 15:30 or start at 09:00 and finish at 12:00).

Q: What should participants wear?

A: Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive athletic shoes.

Q: Are spectators allowed?

A: No, unfortunately, due to the size of our school (Seaton House School), parents and supporters are not allowed to attend to cheer on the teams.

Q: What happens if an athlete can't complete a workout?

A: Teams can strategically switch athletes during a workout. If an athlete needs to stop, they can tag in another team member to continue.

Q: How are winners determined?

A: Teams accumulate points based on their performance in each workout. The team with the most points at the end of all four workouts wins.

Q: What if there's a tie?

A: Tiebreakers consider the number of penalties and performance in the final workout.

Q: Can schools enter multiple teams?

A: Currently, each school can enter two teams of 5 students.

Q: Is there an age limit for participants?

A: The event is designed for primary school students. Under 11's and any other younger student/s that each school considers to bring to the event. 

Q: Is this event for boys, girls or mixed?

A: At this current stage, the event is only for girls. Seaton House School is an only girls school.
